Just back from docs,I had my ferritin checked and he said iron ok but not for rls ,so have got iron tabs do you take them on an empty stomach,got to ring him in a month Also he put Pregablin up from 50 to 75 mg we will see how that goes

Hi Beady, yes take them on a empty stomach and with some VitC which helps to absorb the iron. Did your doctor say what your ferritin level number was. ? Good luck with the iron tabs, hope they work for you.

Thanks Elisse any help is appreacated ,no the doc didn't say what it was,I will get some Vit c tomorrow

Hi Beady a glass of fresh orange juice contains enough vitamin C to take with the iron tablets. Good luck with them. Be aware they can cause constipation but the orange juice might help with that side of things a bit x

Thanks Pippin orange juice is better than another tab,legs just starting,slept on settee last night ,that's how it goes some good nights some bad xx
