Acupuncture Points

This will sound ridiculous,but it works: There are 2 acpuncture points one behind each knee in centre of crease in skin that you need to agitate for

couple of seconds till you feel a kind of paralysing effect (similar to knock

on funny bone). Cup fingers and press behind knees for couple of seconds;

do this 6 times,every 10mins. Here is my nightly routine: Start at 10 mins past hour, agitate both knees,place 1p on table as counters;10mins later,

repeat,and place coin,repeat and place coin. Do this for 6 reps,and you will sleep without a twitch.
