I have a question. Does anyone think if there are certain areas on the scalp if massaged could that help release dopamine to help with RLS?

Hmmm, not something i have ever heard of i am afraid Artsy. A scalp massage i should think can be relaxing, maybe enough to distract from the RLS.

Well if it's pleasurable,it'll release dopamine but maybe not enough to allow full night's sleep.Worth a try.
