Ive use different treatment which worked on this pain point but now I use for ease of use a TSUBO which you can find on ebay from japan for about £12. just follow the instructions, I found its easy to set this point off with digging the garden so I dont do it. rubbing some Movelat gel four fingers up from ankle bone gives sort term relief but only if its sore to start with.
