RLS Possible Relief

I started to feel RLS throughout my legs and back during pregnancy. However, I discovered that, for reasons I don't know, being tickled significantly reduces symptoms. Maybe it's a nervous system thing? Anyway, worth a try since it's pretty harmless ;)

Hello, you are correct in thinking it is a nervous system thing, that is exactly what it is. You may find it goes after the baby is born. You need to see your GP about possible treatments that will not harm the baby. I have been recommended trying leg wraps by my GP, you can get them on line apparently. Just a thought!

Hi I love being tickled my feet, back, arms ,always have ,but anytime I'm starting to get RLS I can't stand to be touched gently at all it's almost as though that's going to bring the horrible wiggles and twitchs on ,can be massaged deep rub but not gentle ,don't know about anyone else
