Hi Brady, it's me your companion on TRAMADOL.  I had no idea you took magnesium tabs, I don't remember you mentioning it.  Funny though, I don't take magnesium tabs , however, someone mentioned magnesium OIL here on this web.  I decided to try it so I ordered it and believe it or not, it comes from the UK.  Well, to my surprised I tried it one night when I took my TRAMADOL a bit later than my usual time so I had a little bit of RLS  while waiting for my meds to kick in.  IT WORKED, plus I got a real nice overall feeling and made me sleep so peacefully.  It is called goodnight magnesium oil, I rubbed it and now I use it for any part of my body that has aches and pains.  My husband is diabetic and has neuropathy in his feet and at times he feels like they're going to explode and they hurt, so I tried it on his feet and he was shocked at the instant relief he got.  It's become our magical potion.  I also looked it up on Whykepedia ( sp)? and it said if you use magnesium of any kind make sure it's from Europe, Australia and other places because in the USA the magnesium has been depleted.  Unusual info. but maybe that's why when I ordered it, it came from your neck of the woods.  Just sharing some info.  I'm going to check and see if I can take tabs because I have cirrhosis of the liver and some meds are out of the question for me.  Hope you're feeling good these days.  Till later partner.

Hi Johannasuar  so pleased the magnesium has helped you both, I really do think the tablets help me ,I do use the oil as well  but it makes my skin so rough so be careful ,if you log in The Benefits of Magnesium you can read what it says ,hope good nights are coming your way x

Thanks for your quick reply.  I'll check out the dry skin situation, maybe I'll keep it moisturizers and hope that helps.  Thanks again.
