Tissue Salts
Hi i have tried epsom salts..accupuncture..rhaki and creams rubs for neuro pain etc nothing works for me still feel like im on stage with michael flattley lol
I think its worth a try. I used tissue salts some years ago for another condition and they worked really well. Thanks for suggesting it, it's reminded me of one more thing to try and they are not expensive. You may have to play around until you fine a combination that helps. Also the Bach remedies might be another thought. Good luck.
Hi, Arrendene, l used to use New Era Mag Phos number 8 tissue salts for my RLS. Sadley back in 2013 these salts were discontinued, not sure why?
It was at this point that l went to the GP was prescribed a dopamine agonist, augmented and now am worse than before.
These tissue salts are now available again from health food stores and on line. Unfortunately as my symptoms are now much more severe and in other parts of my body, whilst the salts do help, they are not as effective as previously when the symptoms were only in my legs.
I would very much encourage you to give them a try, they did work for me. I have taken other Mag Phos remedies but find that these did not work. So be sure to get the New Era number 8, good luck and let us know how you go.
Do you ingest these salts, or rub them in?! What is the thought behing them helping RLS? Thankyou.
With the New Era Mag Phos you injest the micro tablets, they are like little tabs of icing sugar and dissolve on your tongue.
Icing sugar is right! But there's nothing wrong with placebos.
