I've had GREAT relief from Kratom and it is safe to buy in the UK until the ill willed and feeble-minded in the Tory party bring in new drug legislation!

The side effects of Kratom are mainly nausea and constipation. I always took magnesium with it. It helps with the rls directly as well as the constipation. If you can find it, a high quality chelated magnesium citrate and a 15 x extract of a sedating Kratom strain like white borneo .

Putting the Kratom in capsules might offset against stomach problems. Taking with a little grapefruit juice helps enhance effects, in my experience.

Taking it dissolved in orange juice has stopped any upset for me. I like red leaf Borneo. Apparently it has the most sedating and pain-relieving qualities.
