Hi Beady, haven't been out much this past week. Just got and sampled my first Twinnings ginger tea. I found it very palatable. Do feel slightly less nauseous. Cooked and ate dinner and still good. Hooray. Yesterday I thought I could do without tab at 4pm but by 6 I was very uncomfortable and of course it takes hours to kick in. I am taking Maxitram SR (Tramadol) 50mg are tiny balls in all white capsule, 100 are in yellow and white capsule. Thanks for your interest Beady. Onwards and upwards!!

Hello Beady I make a drink with ginger root about 2 roots chopped op and 2 teaspoons of turmeric simmer for about an hour I believe it helps me
