I can't make any sense of anything. Posts are all upside down except if someone makes a comment on someone's comment .....can't follow a conversation. I'll look in again in a few months to see if its any better..hardly anyone's here anyway! Bye!

I was really tired anf frustrated with the layout last night..but i saw by e mail that i had had some responses so got on the desktop. its all the right way round as far as i can see. its just i mainly use my phone. but thanks everone for your positive responses!!

are the tech people still working on stuff do we know? i know its a difficult job to make major changes like these, but I hope they are still working on the glitches! have these changes affected the whole of the HU system or just us?

Yes, of COURSE we are still working on the glitches - tirelessly in fact! We are aware of the main issues you are facing and it was never our intention to frustrate anyone. We really hope you'll stick with it and carry on, as we improve every single day and know everything will be better very very soon.

First reply didn't post......anyway thanks Lora for your reply.it's just I hadn't seen any updates recently. Can you understand my point about upside down ness. It's not very user friendly....for me anyway! Good luck with your glitches...it must be a tough job.!

I'm pleased to say that we will have the jumbled responses issue fixed entirely asap, hopefully by tomorrow, so after that it'll be your choice how to view the responses (old > new, new > old) using the arrows to the top right of the responses section.
