As further trials are carried out on M.E treatment using Rituximab by Fluge and Mella it is of some interest how the same treatment is providing useful options within a similar autoimmune neurological condition MS nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/N...

Ocrelizumab it targets CD20 marker on B cells with the same depletion of faulty B cell reservoir as Rituximab with possibly fewer side effects.

Also hearing reports of how things can go badly wrong while waiting for the immune system reset. Immune suppressed and open to opportunistic viral infections the possible side effects should not be overlooked in the euphoria surrounding a disease modifying treatment when all that has previously prevailed has been symptom management.
