For those of you who are still having a good go at giving up smoking or are maintaining a smokefree life, here's a nice easy exercise that will help you feel good and hopefully bring a smile to your face :-)

Take your right hand....

Put it over your left shoulder....

Give yourself a well deserved pat on the back :-) :-)
