people who are older than you tell you not to smoke, whether they smoked at the time or ex-smokers and you think 'yeah whatever' because you are smarter than they are and think you can stop when you want.

Or that's what I thought anyway

I really do hope that this is it for me this time and I manage to stick at it for the rest of my life and have shown my kids how difficult is has been for me to stop and how bad it's been so they dont start when they get a bit older
