My due date to pack in smoking was tuesday,but i have brought that forward a little,i said to myself that once the packet i was smoking was empty i wasent going to buy any more.so my last fag was at 6pm on sat 1st december.....

A massive well done to you for taking that leap and bringing your quit date forward that tells me that you are determined to do this, and that you have loads of confidence in yourself to quit, and thats what it takes

You now have to keep that determination and confidence, which wont be easy, I know that myself as I've slipped up a few times but the wonderful people on this site are always here to help you along the way

If you need help any time, just come on here, because we all try to help each other, and if not there is always Emjay and Jarvo around with there expertise
