final losing the 2 stone

i quit smoking nearly 7 months ago and put on 2 stone in the first few months but finally the weight has started to come off

Can I ask a couple of questions, that may help others who have found themselves in a similar position?

What health benefits have you noticed since quitting?

Do you think you put the extra weight on because you started snacking more (on the wrong snacks) or do you feel that it was all down to stopping smoking?

How have you started to lose the extra weight that you gained?

Well done to you, you must be so proud of yourself

i don't get out of breath when walking up hill s my taste is a lot better

i no i was snaking more on the wrong things do to stopping the fags

I have started to lose the extra wait by replacing the bad snake s with fruit and i walk more

I gave up smoking on the 17th January 2012

I am very pleased with myself because my husband is still smoking although i have managed to get him to cut down

I think most of us on here will put some weight on while quitting, cus like me i do a bit of snacking gal
