Congratulations my friend - I hope you realise your achievement! I too dream of cramming my mouth with cigs at times - trying to light them all at once - one of Mr, Nics insidious side effects as he throws everything at us to help us go back to our addiction!

Just remember N.O.P.E or you will be a dope - he he jst made that bit uup - it's not official!

Cheers Ngaire xx

As for your peak flow readings, like Amanda2 says, they are very good :) :) ok, perhaps its gone down a bit, but your at an early stage of your quit at the moment and your body will still be changing to your new smokefree life :) sooo, please just give it time eh :) BUT, saying that, if you have any concerns about your health, then please consult your GP :)

Hope to speak soon, Pete :)
