2.AVOID TRIGGERSโ€ฆ try to do a different routine than when you were smoking for example talking on the phone . . . Clean your kitchen sides why chatting keeping yourself busy and the cleaning gets done aswell ๐Ÿ˜Š

3.DELAYโ€ฆ if your craving a smoke tell yourself youโ€™ve got to wait and have lozenges nicotine spray chewing gum water in my case a sweet ๐Ÿ˜‚
