Hello guys, now in my 5th year since quit it does get better breathing and taste I know how hard it is in the early days. It does get better and better hang in there

Hi Brummie, I heartily agree with you. For me the concept of smoking has become abstract. I have even forgotten what it’s like to smoke though some of the admin team will put that down to old age 🤪.
