Nearly 3 months quit

Nearly 3 months quit and just started coughing up brown gunk sorry to be explicit is this normal ?

I'm afraid coughing up is normal at some point in the quit. If coughing becomes painful I suggest you have a word with your doctor. This is just another stepping stone in your quit. Remember to drink plenty of water💦 as your body is freeing it's self of all the tar etc. 🚭xx
