Hi Everyone, well it’s been a year now if not Smoking. I can’t say it’s been easy. The cravings stop after a month or so. But then comes the health problems. Chest infections shortness of breath, just your body cleaning itself. But I can see why people can go back to the weed.

But I saw it through. It’s worth it in the end. Financially and health wise.

And at £11.70 a day I used to spend I don’t have too anymore.

Stick at it guys, you don’t need it.
