Hi folk's, the journey continues. Starting my 8th week in the morning and feeling good. Had corn on the cob 🌽 earlier and OMG, it's never tasted soooooo good. My taste buds are going mental. πŸ€ͺπŸ€ͺ. The only down side is that my mouth seems to be a bit sensitive, is that normal???. Nothing else to report really. πŸ™ƒ. Just great to be free. Its all been worth it.

Hi Purplehaze, yes it’s quite normal for your mouth to be sensitive unfortunately. I used warm salt water rinses and that helped. Also a good idea to visit the dentist for a deep clean. Your teeth will stay nice and clean now you’re smoke freeπŸ‘

Congrats on your great quit, glad you’re enjoying your freedomπŸšβœ…xx
