Hiya Karina,welcome, you have come to the right site....it's awesome, so many people wanting to help and give advice, they got me through the very early tough days ....and still I continue to check in..... I was a smoker for nearly 45 years.....on 23rd I am 11 months down the line as a quitter....hang in there, you can do this, keep coming onto the site and stay strong!!!
