Hi all,

i hope you're all doing well and everything's fine. I didn't have a smoke since 3 month, not one drag. The three month seem like three years and i'm still struggling at times.

Have a good weekend :-) :-)

Good morning Enzina

3 months 👏👏👏👏👏

My first quit on-site was 18 months and I started feeling better after the 4 th month 👍 Quitting is hard for sure because it was such a go to for me and others. Smoking stresses me out. I really hope I don’t relapse EVER but if I do I’ll try again and again and again until I get it right.

Hope your Saturday is a good one🌹🍃xx

Talk soon 😊

Suuuuper, thanks for that Arizona. I so much hope i'll feel better after the 4th month. I have told you before that i find the 18 month you did quit, fantastic! Nobody can take that away from you.

I CANNOT relapse again, i have just been to the dentist and we try the implants again or at least one only for now. I have already lost thousands on top of the cost of ciggies.

Chin up, and make yourself smile - you are doing it!

All you, hat off, I am looking forward to month 3+, Month 1 has had it's moments!

I just spilled some water in the kitchen and you would have thought someone had just eaten my first born! I am still coping. How was your month 1?
