Its so true and it'll only get better from here. I'm on day 125 and finally at the stage where my hairdresser can see how much healthier my hair is looking (less breakage and more conditioned) and friends have commented on my "glowing complexion". It makes my first 51 quitting days of abject hell completely worth it.
