I drank a ton of milk last night so I feel better this morning, the heart burn just really only starts at night during the day I have none lol

Don't want to put you off, but I'm 4 months quit and still getting heartburn, but it is better than when i first quit

I am very thankful that last night I didn't have heartburn but was craving pretty bad
