I did a cardiac stress test, everything came back fine.  I guess thats awesome news!!!!  I am happy over that.  

I hope you all are having a good smoke free day.....  Mines been ehhh but not bad considering other days.

Mine was good until I had a bit of a mishap this afternoon... Painting each room of the house, got cramp in my foot, knocked a table with a lamp and vase of flowers over.... Which hit the step ladder that had an open tin of gloss paint on which landed on my sofa !! 😱😟
