Hi EVERYONE I'm in a really good and positive mood today 😃 It's only been 11 days and I can see the benefits not just my health but money wise 💰 My son don't go without anyway but to take him to the cinema and for food and not think oh when can I go for a fag has made my day the money I have spent has gone on me and my son 🙂 He truly is my world and I will never smoke again. Thanks again everyone for your continuous support I LOVE YOU ALL ❤️❤️

Yeahhh way to go Ryan you are doing Fantastic wish I had of done it when mine were younger you can spend lots of quality time with your son now you have money to spare it does get easier 28 days for me and a lot more easier. It's so lovely to see others doing well . Your fab be very very proud of yourself ( you should be) have a good day

Yayyyyyyyyyyyy for you and your son--you will be surprised at the money you have --I get paid once a month and Id be getting so broke by third week of month and now--month is up--got another check and money left over--There are no negatives--I wish the internet and this site were around when I was your age--you are blessed--but I guess us old timers have quite a story to tell maybe--anyway--keep on truckin--you are doing superbly well MmeT Your son now has a excellent chance of never smoking--Both my parents smoked(1 died of stroke--one of aortic aneurysm and all 3 of my daughters smoke--1 grandkid does and one doesn't so it is getting better--but look at the toll--Like alcoholism it is a family illness that effects everyone..

This site for some reason I wanna make everyone on here feel they can do it aswel I'm going to see my stop smoking adviser at 6.30pm so looking forward to that. Your doing well aswel it's you OLD TIMERS (as you referred to yourselfs lol 🙈) that will help us younger generation I'm gonna keep helping others because I thought it was impossible to quit but I'm on week 2 2mora and couldn't be happier 😃
