Yes, you keep busy doing something, if you have smoked in your house, then flippin Spring clean it, wash them curtains, clean the lamp shades etc etc just try to keep busy or go for a walk, exercise not now of course, cos it looks like you want some well erned zzzzzzzzzz eh
