Hi sphsue and welcome 😊

Listen you have had a trial run, 4weeks was fantastic, but the important thing is your still looking to quit 😊

So dust yourself down, pick yourself up, don't give yourself a hard time and start again 😊 you know you can do it and we are here to help you in any way we can 😊 are you using any NRT? Or cold turkey? As monky would say look at why you smoked, it can help you not to repeat it 😊 let us know how you get on and have a good mooch round the site 😊

Good luck you can do it 😊

Hi sphsue and welcome to quit support.

Well done on going 4 weeks smoke free. You have shown yourself you can do this... Practice run is done, now you are all set to go 😀😀

Look back at what you were doing Shen you lit up, this will help you put some strategies in place to cope with similar situations 👍

All the very best of luck 😀😀

It's ok, just don't do it again! You already know you're capable of quitting so view this as an annoying momentary setback and get back to clean breathing =)

You did so well to go 4 weeks smoke free, that is a great achievement. :) :)

As has already been said - you know you can do this now, so get that guard

back up and go for it :)

Like we always used to say in another support group I belonged to: KEEP COMING BACK!
