Two years smoke free and I've just managed my first outdoors two mile run. My lungs feel great it's my legs that are knackered. I love not smoking 😁

As for your poor knackered legs, get a bike, then you can put your feet up down hill and go Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

That is amazing. I used to run when I didn't smoke. I am starting again...soon. Running is a great stress reliever.
