Two years smoke free and I've just managed my first outdoors two mile run. My lungs feel great it's my legs that are knackered. I love not smoking 😁

Sooooo, you done a 2 mile run then, thats just flippin ACE gal :) :) cos I tell ya, 2 miles is a long way eh :o Nice one Lily :) am loving that your lungs feel great and that you love not smoking :) :)

As for your poor knackered legs, get a bike, then you can put your feet up down hill and go Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ;) :D :D :D

That is amazing. I used to run when I didn't smoke. I am starting again...soon. Running is a great stress reliever.
