Congrats that's brilliant. Its by no means an easy journey.

People who have never smoked will not understand the torment we go through.

Such an easy thing to start, but so difficult to stop.

Two months is a brilliant achievement and coming on here will help keep you in check.

It certainly does for me.

There may be times when you get that craving, just remember NOPE, remember how it feels to be a smoker and think of all the reasons you gave up. Keep going through those reasons and it will pass.

Well Done for two months - it gets easier but, from time to time, you'll do something you used to associate with smoking and it'll be tough again. I'm about to go sailing for a week in Greece and I have memories of sitting on the back of the boat watching the world go by with a cigarette. I'm pretty confident I can watch the world go by without a cigarette - but one is never certain. Just remember NOPE and everything will work out fine.
