I just wanted to say that it's my second day without cigarette! I still can believe that I am doing it I constantly thinking to have one but moving still and trying to grab any job at home ! I can't say I am proud of myself because it isn't even 49 hours without cigarette but for me its like life time lol Dee

Hiya Dee and congrats to you for over 48 hours, that's brilliant and that's how we all started. You're doing brilliant and feel free to moan, groan, shout or holler, in fact anything to keep you from lighting up is terrific👍
Big well done dee. Before you know it you will have a week under your belt. Stay strong and positive. Dont be frightened of shouting out for help. Xxxx
Hi Dee, well done, first few days always hardest and you should be proud of yourself so far. your doing the right thing by doing jobs whatever they might be, anything to keep yourself preoccupied. All the best. Les
