9 months smoke free. Hurray! I remembered that I went on this forum when I first gave up. I never think about having a cigarette at all now, not even when spending an evening with other people smoking. I am so pleased and have calculated that I have saved about £1200 too. I am fairly convinced that a self hypnotism method really helped me give up. But mainly I think it was making a really clear decision. I wish you all really well with your journeys. Warm wishes.
