I think out of everyone in the 'virtual' non smoking community the two people who have kept me on the straight and narrow are you two. You're here mostly everyday and it's odd but I can't imagine life without the two of you now !! So, a huge thank you to both of you, thanks to you I'm a NON SMOKER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Al,you're one of the others that has come to be important (Ellie and Pete as well) I think mainly coz I feel like I have a connection or perhaps because I don't feel I know any of the others except for some of the newbies.As I've maybe said in my previous life (Helen b.d.or Hel before divorce!!) I was a nurse (qualified around about the same time as Florrie Nightingale) so I always think that to help others is the ONLY way to go (hang on whilst I straighten the halo!!) so if I have indeed helped anyone then I am one happy bunny.(Al good programme on about Anne Boleyn,memories of Hever !) Hope that maybe tomorrow will be a bit brighter Beth.Sometimes everything is a,struggle I KNOW this for a fact, but sometimes the best thing about a,bad day is knowing that probably tomorrow hopefully won't be the same.Some days just reading posts on here cheers me up & knowing that I'm not the only one who sometimes struggles.Stay in touch,it would be really nice if you posted more often.Hugs as ever Helen x

I know what you mean about weekends being tough.... I was demented last weekend lol! Like you work def keeps me in a routine and makes it easier for me! Come chat to me over the weekend we can occupy each other x
