Hello everyone, I am 24 days smoke free today and feeling very proud of myself. Really hoping to cracks this addiction this time cos its affecting my health now, cough constantly. Just thought I'd put that out there.

A big well done to you for getting to 24 days quit and yeahhhhhhhh, so you should flippin feel proud of yourself cos I tell you, this quitting smoking is the hardest thing I have had to do soooo, I know what your going through !!

Now then, if I was you, I would go out to the shops and buy yourself a lovely pressie with alllllllll that money you have saved, and flippin enjoyyyyyyyyyy
