Stopping smoking can throw many challenges at us. There may be the obvious things... Going out for a drink with friends, going to places where you can't smoke such as the pictures. I just wondered what you feel is the biggest thing for you and if possible how you overcome it...

My health is the biggest challenge ATM. The withdrawns range's from at first bleeding gums, then dry cough to a cough which is now starting to move the rubbish from my lungs. I've have also suffering from both anxiety and health anxiety and just generally feel rubbish from around week 3 onwards. I'm now starting week 11 and starting to have some better days. I'm doing relaxation techniques for my anxiety and I keep telling myself my current health is all part of the healing process.

Even so, when like this morning I'm up at 2:30 coughing up monster brown lumps it's hard to convince yourself that your getting better. .

I quit once before around 12 years ago for around 9 months, but this time it seems so much harder.

One thing for sure, I'm never going to smoke ever again!
