My health is the biggest challenge ATM. The withdrawns range's from at first bleeding gums, then dry cough to a cough which is now starting to move the rubbish from my lungs. I've have also suffering from both anxiety and health anxiety and just generally feel rubbish from around week 3 onwards. I'm now starting week 11 and starting to have some better days. I'm doing relaxation techniques for my anxiety and I keep telling myself my current health is all part of the healing process.
Even so, when like this morning I'm up at 2:30 coughing up monster brown lumps it's hard to convince yourself that your getting better. .
I quit once before around 12 years ago for around 9 months, but this time it seems so much harder.
One thing for sure, I'm never going to smoke ever again!
