SO MUCH FOR MY WORDS ...

I want to scream. I want to shout. I want to smash something into little pieces and then jump up and down on it. Despite everything I have had a cigarette yet again. Shame on me. I feel remorse. I feel absolutely gutted. This is my last blog ever and it is very short.

Goodbye all and good luck.

Kath.

We all have slip ups,get a grip. Onwards and upwards. Just keep trying (if you really want to) you will get there in the end.

This is going to harsh and I apologise now, take a look at yourself and decide if you want to stop, or is it just the craving winning. Which takes me back to the quote issued the other day about there being only one sucker. Good luck whatever you decide.

Kath. Don't give up giving up!. and please don't give up the community.

Your story books will be greatly missed as will you.

We all have little slip ups, I have had them for 10 years of trying to STOP, But hey, we are only human and as such we are not perfect.

Stay with the site, re focus and keep trying to stop, a cuppa and a chat with like minded understanding folks who share the same goal helps an awful, awful lot.

Thanks to the people on this site I have been SMOKE free for nearly 4 months that's the longest I have ever gone this time round.

And its thanks to folks like you and the others .

So stick with us!!!!!!
