Hello to everyone who reads this post. I am Brad, my pronouns are he/him/his, and I joined this forum because I seek peer support that does not involve involuntary or potentially traumatic interventions. I feel that I struggle significantly with PTSD or CPTSD, which both my parents and my psychiatrist have invalidated. I am not sure if I struggle with PTSD or CPTSD, so I would like to consider my symptoms before I reach an official conclusion. On a lighter note, one thing that I enjoy doing to take care of myself is drawing and coloring. I feel that this helps me healthily express my creativity. Thank you all for understanding, and it is nice to meet you.

Welcome! I hope being here will be helpful for you. I like drawing and coloring too. What do you like to draw?

Thank you for the warm welcome! I mostly like to draw basic landscapes, animals, and other colorful things. Or whatever is on my mind :)
