S. H. are my initials. I was a 68w for 6 and a half years, at field unit 1/11 Armored Cav regiment. Than Afghanistan for a year. I wanted to know how some people deal with their associated anxieties, and if they became sort of 'high maintenance' by trying to manage day to day...
Also, is there an area here that is primarily for US military war vets? That is what I am looking for. Soldiers who have been deployed. Thanks. If there is a regular online meeting time etc.
