Just want to update you all. Mum went home to be with dad on Sat 1 December. She had battled very hard against the PSP but she was just so weak that she could not fight any more. In some ways it is a relief that she has to suffer no more pain but I have lost my mum and my best friend. My heart is breaking !!
Heaven has got another angel and they are really lucky to have her. Night night mum xo

My heart goes out to you but at least she's in peace no more suffering.
God takes the good people. All you can do is now pray and remember all the good times you had. It will take time for this greivance process, as I am still grieving too and it's all a matter of time. Take care of yourself

My heart goes out to you as one who is currently in the PSP struggle with a wife. Having lost my first wife to another terrible brain disease (Cruetzfelt-Jacob) I can tell you that time will heal the loss. Having said that you will still have moments of remembering the loss and saddness as you move forward. The process is slow and you may thing you'll never recover but you will. God bless.

Hi Jac....so sorry you have lost the Mum you obviously love so much. It is a relief for both your Mum & those she's left behind as you know there is no more suffering. My husband Frank left us in April this year & although I miss him terribly, I know he's in a far better place now. That thought helps tremendously as I try to get on with life. My thoughts are with you. Take care & one day you will smile again. Love Hazel B xx

So very sorry to read about your mum. As much as we can anticipate the inevitable when it comes it is surely hard. I hope and pray that my husband's end will be peaceful.
