The Dorchester Support Group meeting will take place on Tuesday, 16th October 2012 from 11.00 hrs to 13.00 hrs at Joseph Weld House, Herrington Road, Dorchester Hospice, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 2SL.

There have been slight changes to PSPA Support Groups and this will mean that in future they will have a far greater local emphasis and a broader remit.

We would like Groups to be able to decide what they want from their meetings and be in full control of how frequently they meet, and what activities and speakers they would like to have at meetings – to do this we need volunteers to help run and organise the meetings, so if you think you might like to volunteer, please talk to Jill Lyons at the meeting.

These changes will not affect the primary aim of the Support Groups and they will continue to offer people affected by PSP and CBD, their families, friends and carers the opportunity to meet and give support to each other as well as having the opportunity to chat informally, make new friends and generally relax and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.

The Dorchester Support Group is open to all, whether you are affected by PSP now, are a past carer, want to raise funds and awareness or want to lend a hand at the Group – all are welcome! This Group is for you, so please join us and set the scene for future meetings.
