hi ray

yes i am pretty good at the moment thanks

been away for 2 weekends and took a train ridi ealon elast week for hte 1st time this year (used my disabled pass and took my 4 wheel frame)

{train staff not as helpful as bus staff however but passengers great in helping where necessary}

My eyes have become mulch mmore sensitivie 2 sunlight - psp the cause

i have 2 wear my specs all the itime as i am not blinking/and my eyes tend 2 close soi cannot wear my contact lenses any more (rihgt worse than left)

Using the computer does add to eeye strain as i a.m staring at teh text

but have it on larger type(150%)

A laptop is even smaller 2 see so be careful and don't damage your eyes

You might also try skiing,snowboarding and cycling shops too. They often have a range of sunglassess that are more protective and cover the sides of the face.

Hi Jillianf6

Boots sell something called Polar Shield Fits Over sunglasses. I do not have PSP (my husband does) and I use them over my glasses so I don't have to get prescription sunglasses. They might help you.

good luck

Hi Jill....I bought a pair for Frank online a few years ago from yourableshop.co.uk called Solar Sunshield sunglasses & he said they were great cos not too big but unfortunately he fidgets a lot & twists the arms on them so has now broken them although they are plastic.I've not tried to find anymore yet as Vision First gave him a oair at the same time so he is wearing them for now. They are a bit bigger so not ideal but will do for now. Please let me know if you manage to find any.

Take care & keep smiling. Love Hazel B xx

Wraparound sunglasses are the one that bend around the shape of your head, starting at the front and covering around the side. These glasses are quite popular these days and those who don’t have, can buy them from contactlensheaven.com/acces... shop or any other online shops available on the internet. They are conventionally designed for practical reasons like shielding the eyes from all angles and to protect wind and sun. However, now they are complimenting our wardrobe fashion as well.
