my dad is in advanced stage of PSP and stopped eating almost two days now and he says he is having Body pain. Is this how they feel during end days?

So sorry to read your post. I do not know what health facilities you have available to you. If you can get some palliative care involved, they will have the knowledge and skills to make your father more comfortable.Hope this helps.

If you have hospice or palliative care in your area they will help with many aspects of "last stage" life issues. Pain is possible and some others have mentioned that they were instructed to give Tylenol as patient may not be able to verbalize pain. I am not suggesting that you give medication but perhaps check with primary or other medical professionals that are available to help you both. Sounds like you need some local support to help you.

Thankyou so much for your suggestions. Yes I am not engaged with any hospice support as we don’t have such support system here . Tomorrow I am planning to talk to his Doctors who diagnosed PSP. I am sure there are individual private hospices. I will try.
