My husband has this inhuman PSP, now makes grunting loud sound while sleep all night. It’s very difficult for me to relax and sleep in other room. I don’t like the idea of closing his bed room door to reduce that sound. Has anyone experienced this? any idea to deal with this sound will be welcomed.
He also, has jaw locking problem has had many episodes of this in last 5 weeks. Max fax says an operation may be the answer to this problem but my husband doesn’t want an operation.
Please advise if anyone has any idea.
Thanks very much in advance for reading and replying

Jibjh, my wife (PSP) made these repetitive noises through the night, very wearying. She was prescribed Zopiclone sleeping tablets. This kept her asleep to about 2.30 am allowing me to get some sleep but still very tiring. I feel for you. We did not have the jaw problems.
My husband also makes grunting sounds while awake during the day also at night. The only time he does not make a sound is in deep sleep. (Only on some lucky days he does not make a sound during day or night). He says he can’t help it. I’ve asked the doctors and they don’t seem to have my solution unfortunately. It’s very stressful to hear this sound all day long.
I wish I could stop grunting and groaning. It’s killing my dear husband. He has to go to another part of the house. But I can’t stop it because I’m not doing it. It’s coming out of me on its own
