As Christmas fast approaches, we wanted to let you know what our opening hours will be over the festive period.

Friday 24 December Office and Helpline Open 9am to 5pm

Monday 27 December Office and Helpline Closed Bank Holiday

Tuesday 28 December Office and Helpline Closed Bank Holiday

Wednesday 29 December Office and Helpline Open 9am to 5pm

Thursday 30 December Office and Helpline Open 9am to 5pm

Friday 31 December Office and Helpline Open 9am to 5pm

Monday 3 January 2022 Office and Helpline Closed Bank Holiday

Tuesday 4 January 2022 Office 9am to 5pm Helpline 9am to 9pm

Emails and messages received by the Helpline whilst closed during the festive period will be monitored and responded to where necessary. The Evening Helpline will not be available from 23 December to 4 January.
