I just can't work out how to use this forum. How do I find the people I was following? and why can't I complete my profile - it says it doesn't recognise my health interest, which is exercise, hardly off-beat! any advice hugely welcomed (if I find it!)

If your interest is "exercise" and not a disease called PSP, then you are in the wrong forum! You are not registered here, but somewhere else.

Search for "exercise" and see if that helps.

Hi again Gardening 51, no you ARE in the right place!!

CBD is also part of this forum. Can't help with why you cannot update your profile- answer will lie somewhere in the top line of the page. I will play with my page and see if I come up with an answer before someone else answers who is cleverer than me!

Me again! There is an emoji at top right of my page. Long press on that gave me a page headed by my moniker. Below are options of which 1 is Edit Profile. I hit that and was able to do an edit.

Give it a try! Good luck.

On the right there is a side bar column. Scrolling down a little is a header Supporting the community. I sent psphelpline your post. That might lead to an answer.

You can also use the search box in the top right hand corner (if you can remember the names of people you followed).

I too had difficulty figuring out how to do most things on this site... (l am not nor ever will be a computer wiz). Thankfully everyone guided me through. Sending hugs... Granni B
