Well isn't that just the icing on the cake? How could there be that many?

Haven't a clue jmhk! They said that all of my emails remain on there site forever. Doesn't make sense to me and the guy I called never showed up. Maybe a lot of is junk, I don't know. I delete everything, so...... Just what I need to spend $ now, its been a bad month.

I understand that! What is it doing or not doing?

Not getting emails from anyone since Friday. First they said they were having issues, now they are saying the rep I spoke to was not correct. They are having no issues. I use windows live mail and would delete it and then reinstall if I could find a way of doing it without losing all of my contacts :( Very little info on how to

in reply toAuddonz

Oh, sorry I don't use Windows Live. I use gmail.

But you should be able to copy your contact list and save it.

Its the delete and reinstalling that I can't find anywhere

in reply toAuddonz

Oh, I see. Did you google, how to save contact list on windows live, or something to that effect?

in reply toAuddonz

If you don't have a ton of contacts, you could print the contact list.

I m trying to figure out how to delete it and then reinstall. My issue is with emails I save and don't want to loose

in reply toAuddonz

I lost of mine when my computer crashed few years back. You should be able to select all under your saved emails and then it should give your some kind of option there. Not sure since I don't use Outlook anymore. Sorry.

I used to use Outlook and then switched to Windows Live which doesn't give you much help. I found out how to delete it but I really don't know how to reinstall it. Don't know how to save the emails I want like my GD graduation. Think I will stop trying tonight, I am only getting more frustrated. If I delete will I will I be able to gt my original address back. Who knows

If you can wait till later tomorrow, I can ask my brother. He is really good at this stuff. I have to take D to GP tomorrow morning and won't be on here till the afternoon.

I have a gmail address but I never use it. I am still struggling trying to delete them all while keeping what I want, like emails with pic.
