Thank you for your support during the worst week ever

Good morning

I am writing this to thank everyone for your help and support last week and over this last weekend.

You are all so amazingly supportive in this forum and I am going to follow the advice given.

HilsandR posted a really good read on here and after reading it I know I am not mad just grieving.

I am posting this photograph of Les 4 years ago on Saturday. He is holding half of his birthday present as Lakota looks on. The other twin was with mum. It's so wrong that he left us two and a half years after this was taken. He looks so well and yet PSP had already taken root.

Thank you all for your support and advice.

Love and enormous hugs

Pat xx

They certainly do Anne but it's little consolation as to why PSP moves slower for some but faster for others.

Maybe, if we are fortunate, we will get the answer in our lifetime.

I loved the photo.....a great share.

Glad you turned the corner. Slowly the pain will recede. We will be here when you need us.

Thanks Jeff. If you weren't there I would never survive. This one thing that few people understand. Thankfully (in a good way) everybody understands in this forum.

Lovely photo Pat. I am so happy you are feeling better...

It's sad that some days are too hard to deal with the S##T! But isn't it great to have this community for support & new ideas for our issues. (I really like the way Ann spells...) Sending Hugs... Granni B

I don't know where I could turn for the support and understanding you all give me and any other person on here.

It's sort of an exclusive club. I don't mean that badly it's more that we understand each other. If we can help, we do, if not we give words of comfort.

Love Pat xx

I agree totally... we are blessed to have found this understanding & supportive family. Sending more hugs... Granni B

So sad to see but it will bring you comfort too. I also still grieve over the photos. I missed Chris whilst watching the D Day landings. We would have wept together !

Hug for you Pat. Love from Jean x

Hi Jean

Sorry for the late reply. We would need a bath tub if we cried together. The tears come from nowhere so easily.

Love and hugs

Hi Bettina

The twins were 4 on 7 June and Lakota will be 7 in July. Time marches on and our only wish is that we could have our loved ones back - pre PSP -.

Love and hugs

Pat xx

A beautiful photo to treasure.

Les is still all around you and helping you through the tough times as you did for him.

Big hugs

A beautiful photo and a lovely memory. PSP robs us a so many memories that we should experience together, one if the hardest pills to swallow I think!

You are so right Sue. PSP creeps in and takes over. It is a cruel, vile and evil disease
