😂 Trust you Tim! I love Rum and Raisin! Yummy! However I pretty much love any flavour. You know that of course! The only one I am not too fond of is Chocolate flavour despite loving chocolate. Weird? I like the look of your Vanilla and Chocolate though!

I was in Canada over 40 years ago and still remember tasting banana nut bread ice cream! It was awesome.

For me it's probably caramel or toffee, for Mum it would be a Dark n Golden - not sure if they still do these but it was a vanilla choc ice with dark chocolate, as kids I remember the dog would always hover round Mum because a bit of the chocolate would always fall off and he would be ready !
Here in NZ we have our own special flavour called Hokey Pokey! Only available here! Though with the sale of Tip Top icecream factory to a Northern Hemisphere giant (forget which!) it may become available nearer to you.
Hokey pokey flavour has small chunks of firm round crunchy 'toffee' and a smokey, honey-type flavour. Yum!
