Good morning/day to my extended PSP-CBD family everywhere. 'Mottsie' has suggested I explain to our newest and established (sounds better than old) members what the Ice Cream Challenge is all about. It's not so much a challenge... more of a PSP-CBD awareness campaign. May is PSP awareness month and we - the group (s) are always looking for ideas to heighten PSP awareness. A few years back, I came up with the idea (first week in May) to post and share pictures of members and otherwise enjoying their favourite ice cream treat. We then posted these pictures to the various PSP-CBD groups' forums and public news feeds. It's a simple and tasty idea gone global. Think ice cream, think PSP-CBD. You scream, I scream... we all scream for ice cream. So, there you have it, now I'm off to finish my bressert.

I had my ice cream today but unfortunately no photo. Nothing special like yours, just plain vanilla in a cone, but yummy. Family recipe handed down through generations and people travel from near and far to get this delicious treat. xx
